Kate Beddard - Strategy Manager: Kate serves as one half of the essential link between directors and other management levels. Her expertise in managing people ensures synergy and welfare remain at the top of the priority tree. She also coordinates strategy alongside the Managing Director.

Martin Ward - Operations Manager: Martin serves as the other essential half of the link between directors and other management levels.
